Most orders ship within two business days and generally arrive 2-5 business days from the day of shipment. Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will provide return shipping label and instructions.
If your package arrives damaged please save the merchandise and the original packaging so that a proper claim can be filed with the carrier.

All Custom Cut and Custom Partition Styles sales are final, we will not accept returns for these items. However, if you have an issue with one of these products, please contact us.
